* § 899-jjj. Effect of communication on privileges. All communication\nbetween the consumer's attorney in the legal claim and the consumer\nlegal funding company as it pertains to the consumer legal funding shall\nfall within the scope of the attorney client privilege, including,\nwithout limitation, the work-product doctrine.\n * NB Effective June 17, 2026\n
