* § 899-fff. Repayment. The repayment of the funded amount plus\ncharges to be paid to the consumer litigation funding company by the\nconsumer shall be a predetermined amount based upon intervals of time\nfrom the funding date through the resolution date, and shall not be\ndetermined as a percentage of the recovery from the legal claim.\n * NB Effective June 17, 2026\n
