§ 690 — Violations and penalties
§ 690. Violations and penalties. Any person who knowingly violates any\nof the provisions of this article or any rule or regulation issued\nthereunder shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor punishable by a fine\nof not more than one thousand dollars, or imprisonment for not more than\none year, or both.\n
