§ 69-x. Disposition of moneys derived from operation of article.\nProcessing fees for the fingerprint search conducted by the division of\ncriminal justice services shall accompany the fingerprint cards and\nshall be deposited to the credit of the general fund. All remaining\nmoneys derived from the operation of this article shall be deposited in\nthe business and licensing services account established pursuant to\nsection ninety-seven-y of the state finance law.\n
