§ 399-zz. Telephone bills. At the time service is initiated to a\nresidential customer and at least once a year thereafter, every\ntelephone corporation, as defined in subdivision seventeen of section\ntwo of the public service law, and every cable television company, as\ndefined in subdivision one of section two hundred twelve of the public\nservice law that provides telephone service to customers in New York\nshall provide its customers with a notice that billing statements are\navailable in a large print format.
