§ 391-p. Prohibit the rental of clothing articles previously worn. 1.\nNo person shall rent articles of clothing which have been previously\nworn unless such articles of clothing are cleaned prior to such rental.\n 2. A knowing violation of this section shall be punishable by a civil\npenalty not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars for the first violation\nand not to exceed one thousand dollars for each subsequent violation.\n
