§ 367. Leaving state to avoid provisions of this article. A person who\nleaves this state with intent to elude any of the provisions of this\narticle or to commit any act out of this state which is prohibited by\nthem or who, being a resident of this state, does any act without this\nstate, pursuant to such intent, which would be punishable under such\nprovisions, if committed within this state, is punishable in the same\nmanner as if such act had been committed within this state.\n
