§ 14 — When action not to abate

§ 14. When action not to abate. The death or legal incapacity of a\nmember of the association does not affect an action or special\nproceeding, brought as prescribed in the last two sections. If the\nofficer, by or against whom it is brought, dies, is removed, resigns, or\nbecomes otherwise incapacitated, during the pendency thereof, the court\nmust make an order, directing it to be continued by or against his\nsuccessor in office, or any other officer, by or against whom it might\nhave been originally commenced.\n
