§ 16. Separability. If any section, subdivision, paragraph, sentence,\nclause or provision of this act shall be unconstitutional or be\nineffective in whole or in part, to the extent that it is not\nunconstitutional or ineffective, it shall be valid or effective and no\nother section, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause or provision\nshall on account thereof be deemed invalid or ineffective.\n
