§ 580-308. Duty of certain state officials.

(a)If the attorney\ngeneral determines that the support enforcement agency is neglecting or\nrefusing to provide services to an individual, the attorney general may\norder the agency to perform its duties under this article or may provide\nthose services directly to the individual.\n (b) The commissioner of temporary and disability assistance may\ndetermine that a foreign country has established a reciprocal\narrangement for child support with this state and take appropriate\naction for notification of the determination.\n
