§ 72 — When costs payable to relator
§ 72. When costs payable to relator. Where security is given by\nrelator in an action brought by the attorney-general on the relation or\ninformation of a person having an interest, all costs and disbursements\ntaxed in favor of the plaintiff shall be payable to the relator.\n
