§ 534-z. Annual report. 1. The commission shall submit an annual\nreport to the governor, the speaker of the assembly, and the temporary\npresident of the senate on or before the first day of September of each\nyear detailing the previous fiscal year. The commission shall post such\nreport on its website upon the submission to the officials outlined in\nthis section.\n 2. Such report shall include, but not be limited to:\n (a) the status of waterfront practices and operations covered by this\nact;\n (b) any legislative recommendations in furtherance of the purposes of\nthis act;\n (c) a detailed fiscal summary, including but not limited to:
(i)the\nfinancial condition of the commission at the end of such preceding\nfiscal year;
(ii)a detailed list of any bonds entered into by the\n

Such report shall include, but not be limited to:\n (a) the status of waterfront practices and operations covered by this\nact;\n (b) any legislative recommendations in furtherance of the purposes of\nthis act;\n (c) a detailed fiscal summary, including but not limited to: (i) the\nfinancial condition of the commission at the end of such preceding\nfiscal year; (ii) a detailed list of any bonds entered into by the\ncommission; and (iii) revenues received by the commission, including\nemployer assessments pursuant to section five hundred thirty-four-d of\nthis article;\n (d) an overview of waterfront labor in the port of New York district\nin this state, including but not limited to: (i) the total number of\npier superintendents, hiring agents, security officers, and stevedores\nby title; (ii) the number of pier superintendent, hiring agent, security\nofficer, and stevedore applications received by title; (iii) the number\nof pier superintendent, hiring agent, security officer and stevedore\nlicenses issued by title; (iv) the number of pier superintendent, hiring\nagent, security officer, and stevedore applications denied,\nrespectively, and the reasons for such denial by title; (v) the number\nof licenses revoked and the reasons for such revocation by title; (vi)\nthe average length of time for the commission to issue a determination\non pier superintendent, hiring agent, security officer and stevedore\napplications by title; (vii) the total number of longshore workers in\nthe longshore workers' register; (viii) the number of longshore worker\napplications received; (ix) the number of longshore worker registrations\nissued; (x) the number of longshore worker applications denied and the\nreasons for such denial; (xi) the number of longshore workers removed\nfrom the register and reasons therefor; and (xii) the average length of\ntime for the commission to issue a determination on longshore worker\napplications;\n (e) a detailed summary of commission operations including, but not\nlimited to: (i) the number and allocated percentage of sworn\ninvestigators employed by the commission; (ii) the number and allocated\npercentage of administrative staff who solely performed administrative\nwork during the preceding fiscal year; (iii) the number and allocated\npercentage of staff which performed work related to the hiring and\nbackgrounding of the port workforce; (iv) the number of cases or actions\nconducted by the commission during the preceding fiscal year; and (v) a\nsummary of the commission's accomplishments; and\n (f) any other information relating to the purposes of this act.\n 3. Nothing in this section shall be read to require the disclosure of\npersonally identifiable information pertaining to any applicant nor the\ndisclosure of any information regarding ongoing criminal investigations.\n
