§ 14 — Application of act

§ 14. Application of act. The provisions of this act shall be\napplicable:\n a. in the city of New York; and\n b. in all counties within the state of New York outside the city of\nNew York and shall become and remain effective only in a city, town or\nvillage located therein as provided in section three of this act.\n
