§ 7-6.20 Termination of custodianship\n The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial\nproperty to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of:\n (a) the minor's attainment of twenty-one years of age with respect to\ncustodial property transferred under 7-6.4 or 7-6.5;\n (b) the minor's attainment of age eighteen or other statutory age of\nmajority of New York with respect to custodial property transferred\nunder 7-6.6 or 7-6.7; or\n (c) the minor's death.\n
