* § 3-6.4 Choice of law regarding execution\n A will executed electronically but not in compliance with paragraph\n(a) of section 3-6.6 is an electronic will under this act if executed in\ncompliance with the law of the jurisdiction where the testator is:\n (a) physically located when the will is executed; or\n (b) domiciled when the will is executed or when the testator dies.\n * NB Effective June 10, 2027\n
