§ 13-A-5.2 Severability\n If any provision of this article or its application to any person or\ncircumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other\nprovisions or applications of this article which can be given effect\nwithout the invalid provision or application, and to this end the\nprovisions of this article are severable.\n
