§ 11-3.4 Action by representative of representative\n Except as otherwise prescribed by law, a personal representative of a\npersonal representative has no authority to commence or maintain any\naction or proceeding relating to the estate, effects or rights of the\ndecedent of the first representative, or to take any charge or control\nthereof, as such representative.\n
