§ 19-0909. Interim control target.\n 1.

a.In the absence of a controlling federal statute or program which\nthe commissioner determines is consistent with the purpose and intent of\nthis title, the department shall promulgate, no later than January\nfirst, nineteen hundred eighty-six, an interim control target for the\ncontrol of sulfate deposition at each sensitive receptor area where the\nenvironmental threshold value is exceeded, and rules and regulations\nnecessary to implement such targets.\n b. Any such interim control target promulgated pursuant to this\nsection shall take effect on January first, nineteen hundred\neighty-eight, and all facilities and stationary sources shall be in\ncompliance with the interim control target by such date.\n c.
