§ 19-0907. Sulfur deposition control program.\n 1. No later than January first, nineteen hundred eighty-five, the\ndepartment shall:\n a. Identify and publish a preliminary list of the sensitive receptor\nareas of the state with respect to sulfate deposition.\n b. Measure or estimate wet and dry sulfate deposition at each of these\nsensitive receptor areas, including:\n (i) total sulfate deposition from all sources; and\n (ii) total sulfate deposition from instate sources; and\n (iii) the ratio of total sulfate deposition from instate sources to\ntotal sulfate deposition from all sources.\n c. Identify and publish a preliminary list of environmental threshold\nvalues for each sensitive receptor area.\n d. Identify and publish a preliminary list or inventory of all\nfacilities and s
