§ 19-0711. Separability clause.\n If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part of this article\nshall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid,\nthe judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder of\nthis article but shall be confined in its operation to the clause,\nsentence, paragraph, section or part of this article that shall be\ndirectly involved in the controversy in which such judgment shall have\nbeen rendered.\n
