§ 19-0503 — Complaints; investigation
§ 19-0503. Complaints; investigation.\n In case any written complaint shall be filed with the commissioner and\nhe shall have cause to believe, or in case the commissioner himself\nshall have cause to believe, that any person is violating any code, rule\nor regulation, which was promulgated by the department pursuant to this\narticle, the commissioner shall cause a prompt investigation thereof to\nbe made.\n
