§ 19-0319. Centrally fueled fleet program.\n 1. The department shall develop a centrally fueled fleet program for\nlight duty and heavy duty vehicles, as specified in subdivision (b) of\nsection 7586 of the Act, unless the department has adopted a substitute\nprogram or programs for the centrally fueled fleet program, provided\nthat the substitute program meets the criteria set forth in section\n7511a(c)(4)(B) of the Act for administrator approval of such program.\n 2.
