§ 15-2723. Penalties and enforcement.\n Any person who violates any provision of this title or any regulation\nor order issued pursuant to this act by the commissioner or the agency\nmay be compelled to comply with or obey the same by injunction, mandamus\nor other appropriate remedy. In addition, any such person shall pay a\ncivil penalty of not less than one hundred dollars or more than one\nthousand dollars for each day of such violation. The commissioner or the\nagency as the case may be, is authorized to commence a civil action to\nrecover such civil penalties or other appropriate relief.\n
