§ 15-2131. Reports.\n 1. The board of any river regulating district created hereunder shall\nannually, as of such date as the department may provide, submit to it a\nwritten report, which shall contain:\n a. An exhibit of the personnel of the board, and all of the employees\nand persons connected with the board;\n b. A financial statement, showing fully and clearly the finances of\nthe district, the amounts and dates of maturity of all bonds, notes and\ncertificates of indebtedness, the amounts of money received, and from\nwhat sources, and amounts of money paid and purposes for which same were\npaid;\n c. A statement of any petitions received by the board and the action\ntaken thereon;\n d. A descriptive statement of the work done during the previous year;\nand\n e. A statement of the condition of reservoirs and the results secured\nby the operation thereof in each case.\n 2. In addition to the matters outlined above the board shall report to\nthe department such other matters as it shall deem proper or the\ndepartment shall require.\n
