§ 15-1713. Waters impounded by dams constructed for power purposes\n impressed with a public interest.\n The waters impounded by any dam hereafter constructed for power\npurposes on any stream or waterway in the state, shall be impressed with\na public interest and open to the public to fish thereon, when\nauthorized by other applicable provisions of this chapter subject to the\nconditions and limitations found in section 11-1311 of this chapter.\n
