§ 15-0601 — Definitions as used in this title

§ 15-0601. Definitions as used in this title.\n 1. "Water reclamation project" means a project designed to utilize\nreclaimed wastewater or greywater for beneficial non-potable uses\nincluding, but not limited to, agricultural and landscape irrigation,\ncommercial and industrial uses, and wetland maintenance purposes.\n 2. "Greywater" means untreated wastewater from bathtubs, showers,\nwashing machines, dishwashers and sinks, but shall not include\ndischarges from toilets or urinals or industrial discharges.\n 3. "Reclaimed wastewater" means water discharged from a treatment\nworks utilizing at least effective secondary treatment as defined in\nsection 17-0509 of this chapter.\n
