§ 15-0513. Liability of subcontractor, employee or agent.\n It shall be unlawful for a subcontractor, employee or agent of a\nperson or public corporation, or of a state department to knowingly and\nintentionally act, or a prime contractor of a person, public corporation\nor state department to act with or without an intention to violate the\nprovisions of sections 15-0501, 15-0503 or 15-0505 in disregard of\nspecifications provided in a construction contract protecting against\nstream damage.\n
