* § 15-140. Transmission of publicly available data to the New York\nvoting and elections database. Upon the certification of election\nresults and the completion of the voter history file after each\nelection, each village that holds an election not conducted by a board\nof elections pursuant to this article shall transmit to the state board\nof elections copies of the records required to be transmitted pursuant\nto section 3-112 of this chapter in a manner and time provided for in\nsuch section.\n * NB Effective April 1, 2026\n
