§ 11-218. Application of other provisions.
1.Except as otherwise\nprovided in this title, special federal ballots shall be furnished,\nmailed, voted, returned, counted, canvassed and preserved as elsewhere\nprovided in this chapter for absentee voters' ballots.\n 2. Except as otherwise provided in this title, all the provisions of\nthis chapter with respect to registration, enrollment, special\nenrollment, correction of enrollment and change of enrollment shall be\ndeemed to apply with respect to and in connection with the operation of\nthis title.\n 3. All the provisions of this chapter relating to crimes against the\nelective franchise shall be deemed to apply with respect to and in\nconnection with the operation of this title.\n 4.
