§ 6822. Examinations and investigations. The secretary is authorized\nto conduct examinations and investigations for the purposes of this\narticle through officers and employees of the United States, or through\nany health, food, or drug officer or employee of any city, county or\nother political subdivision of this state, duly commissioned by the\nsecretary as an officer of the board.\n
