§ 6743. Validity of existing licenses.

1.This article shall not be\nconstrued to affect the validity of existing licenses and permits or the\ncontinuation of any administrative actions or proceedings commenced\nprior to the effective date of this article.\n 2. Amendments made to the educational requirement of section\nsixty-seven hundred thirty-four of this article pursuant to a chapter of\nthe laws of two thousand eleven which amended this section shall not be\nconstrued to affect the validity of existing licenses and permits.\n 3. Amendments to the educational requirement in subdivision b of\nsection sixty-seven hundred thirty-four of this article made by a\nchapter of the laws of two thousand twenty-three shall not be construed\nto affect the validity of existing licenses and permi
