§ 6740. Requirements for license as a physical therapist assistant. a.\nApplication: file an application with the department;\n b. Education: have received an education including completion of a\ntwo-year college program in a physical therapist assistant program or\nequivalent in accordance with the commissioner's regulations;\n c. Experience: have experience satisfactory to the state board for\nphysical therapy in accordance with the commissioner's regulations;\n c-1. Examination: pass an examination satisfactory to the board and in\naccordance with the commissioner's regulations;\n d. Age: be at least eighteen years of age;\n e.
