§ 6739. Duties of licensed physical therapist assistants and the use\nof title "physical therapist assistant". Only a person licensed or\notherwise authorized under this article shall participate in the\npractice of physical therapy as a licensed physical therapist assistant\nand only a person licensed under this section shall use the title\n"physical therapist assistant".\n
