§ 6351. Preservation of educational status and financial resources. A\nstudent on a military leave of absence from an institution of higher\neducation shall be entitled, upon release from serving on active duty,\nto be restored to the educational status such student had attained prior\nto being called or ordered to such duty without loss of academic credits\nearned, scholarships or grants awarded, or tuition and other fees paid\nprior to the commencement of his or her active duty.\n
