§ 4117 — Payment of cost of education of physically handicapped Indian children

§ 4117. Payment of cost of education of physically handicapped Indian\nchildren. Any claims for providing home-teaching, transportation,\nscholarships in non-residence schools, tuition and maintenance for\nphysically handicapped children which are, ultimately or in the first\ninstance, made a charge against a county or a city having a special\nchildren's court act, pursuant to the provisions of article eighty-nine\nof this chapter, shall, if such home-teaching, transportation,\nscholarships, tuition and maintenance shall be provided for physically\nhandicapped Indian children, be paid by the education department out of\nmoneys appropriated therefor.\n
