§ 407 — Application to certain districts

§ 407. Application to certain districts. The provision of section\nfour hundred four of this article shall apply to union free school\ndistricts and to districts organized under special laws; and the\ntrustees of such districts and the boards of education organized under\nspecial laws shall be and are hereby clothed with all the powers vested\nin trustees in the three preceding sections.\n
