§ 2054. Non-exclusivity of rights or remedies. Nothing in this part\nshall be construed to limit, in any matter, any rights or remedies\notherwise available under law against any party or to any person or\nentity, including, but not limited to, the attorney general or the\ncomptroller of the state of New York.\n
