§ 2038 — Application of article

* § 2038. Application of article. The provisions of part one of this\narticle shall apply to all school districts except as otherwise provided\nby article fifty-three of this chapter, and except to city school\ndistricts of cities with one hundred twenty-five thousand inhabitants or\nmore.\n * NB Effective until April 1, 2026\n * § 2038. Transmission of publicly available data to the New York\nvoting and elections database. Upon the certification of election\nresults and the completion of the voter history file after each\nelection, each school district that holds school board elections\npursuant to this article shall transmit copies of the records required\nto be transmitted pursuant to section 3-112 of the election law in a\nmanner and time provided for in such section.\n * NB Effective April 1, 2026\n
