§ 14. Every order of the port authority shall be served upon every\nperson, association or corporation to be affected thereby, either by\npersonal delivery of a certified copy thereof, or by mailing a certified\ncopy thereof, in a sealed package with postage prepaid, to the person to\nbe affected thereby; or in the case of a corporation to any officer or\nagent thereof upon whom a summons might be served, either within or\nwithout the state, in accordance with law. It shall be the duty of every\nperson, association or corporation, to notify the port authority\nforthwith, in writing, of the receipt of the certified copy of every\norder so served, and in the case of a corporation such notification must\nbe signed and acknowledged by a person or officer duly authorized by the\ncorporation t
