§ 13.

1.All hearings before the port authority, including the taking\nof testimony, shall be governed by rules to be adopted and prescribed by\nit.\n 2. In any investigation, inquiry or hearing before the port authority,\na commissioner or an officer conducting the investigation, inquiry or\nhearing may confer immunity in accordance with the provisions of section\n50.20 of the criminal procedure law.\n 3. No commissioner or employee of the port authority shall be required\nto give testimony in any civil suit to which the port authority is not a\nparty with regard to information obtained by him in the discharge of his\nofficial duty.\n
