§ 36. Implied warranty in contracts for shelters.

1.In any sale of or\nin any contract\n (a) to sell,\n (b) to construct, or\n (c) to alter or improve any area or portion of a building, structure,\nor other real property in order to provide\nany facility represented, expressly or impliedly, to reduce the\nintensity of fallout radiation, there is an implied warranty or\ncondition that such facility complies with the plan, regulations or\norders of the commission which are in effect pertaining to shelters,\nunless there is prompt and full disclosure in accordance with the\nregulations of the commission of the fact that such facility does not\ncomply in this respect with such plan, regulations or orders of the\ncommission.\n 2.
