§ 33. Administration of civil defense oaths.

1.The commission and\neach local director shall have power by regulation or order to designate\nor provide for the designation of members of civil defense forces under\ntheir respective jurisdictions to administer the written oath which the\nfederal civil defense act of nineteen hundred fifty requires persons in\nstate or local organizations for civil defense to take before entering\nupon their duties therein.\n 2. Each such designation of a person serving under the jurisdiction of\nthe commission shall be filed in the department of state.
