§ 28 — Mutual aid
§ 28. Mutual aid. Subject to the approval of the commission, two or\nmore political subdivisions of the state may enter into mutual aid\nagreements for reciprocal aid and assistance to effectuate any purpose\nof this article. State agencies, with the approval of the director of\nthe budget, may participate in such agreements.\n
