§ 45. Powers of administration vested in industrial commissioner. The\nindustrial commissioner may enforce the provisions of sections\nforty-two, forty-three and forty-four of this chapter. For this purpose\nhe may use the powers of administration, investigation, inquiry,\nsubpoena, and hearing vested in him by the labor law; he may require\nsubmission at regular intervals or otherwise of information, records and\nreports pertinent to discriminatory practices in industries.\n
