§ 42 — Discrimination by utility companies

§ 42. Discrimination by utility companies. It shall be unlawful for\nany public utility company, as defined in the public service law, to\nrefuse to employ any person in any capacity in the operation or\nmaintenance of a public service on account of the race, creed, color or\nnational origin of such person.\n
