* Rule 4551. New York voting and elections database. The data,\ninformation, and/or estimates maintained by the New York voting and\nelections database within the state board of elections or copies of such\ndata, information and/or estimates provided to the attorney general\npursuant to subdivision three of section 3-112 of the election law shall\nbe granted a rebuttable presumption of validity by any court concerning\nany claim brought.\n * NB Effective April 1, 2026\n
