Rule 3032. Contents of statement. The statement required when an\naction is commenced without summons, or continued after the service of a\nsummons without pleadings, shall set forth plainly and concisely the\nclaims and defenses in dispute between the parties and the relief\nsought, including the amount of money demanded, if any. With the\npermission of the court, amended or supplemental statements may be\nserved and filed at any time.\n
