§ 26. Case on appeal. The appellant shall serve upon the adverse\nparty a case containing so much of the evidence as the appellant may\ndeem necessary to present the questions raised by the appeal. The\nrespondent may propose and serve amendments thereto. The case may be\nsettled by any judge who concurred in the judgment. The court shall by\nrule regulate the time and procedure for the foregoing. The court may\nalso dispense with the printing of the exhibits, in which case the\noriginal exhibits or agreed copies may be submitted to the appellate\ndivision.\n
