§ 7. Non-fraternization policy. The Speaker shall promulgate a policy\nprohibiting fraternization with student interns, which shall at a\nminimum, be applicable to members of the Assembly and Assembly staff,\ndefine the conduct which is prohibited, and establish a procedure for\ninvestigation of alleged violations of the policy. Nothing contained\nherein shall be deemed to require promulgation of a non-fraternization\npolicy which is already in effect and which meets the requirement of\nthis rule. Copies of the non-fraternization policy promulgated hereunder\nshall be distributed to all members of the Assembly and Assembly staff\nand shall be available to the public.\n
