§ 82. Corporations organized under the business corporation law;\nelection to be governed as worker cooperative. Any corporation organized\nunder the business corporation law may elect to be governed as a worker\ncooperative under the provisions of this article, by so stating in its\ncertificate of incorporation filed in accordance with article four of\nthe business corporation law or amendments to its certificate of\nincorporation filed in accordance with article eight of the business\ncorporation law.\n
